KF Specialist Exterior Cleaning – Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by KF Specialist Exterior Cleaning. By accepting a quote, booking a service, or continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Regular Service Schedule
By booking a regular service, customers agree to be added to our scheduled cleaning round.
Typical service frequencies are every 6 or 12 weeks depending on what has been agreed.
We operate on planned routes and cannot guarantee exact days or times. We will attend when working in your area.
One-off cleans may be accepted but are not guaranteed and may be priced higher.
2. Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring cleaning on the scheduled day.
- Gates unlocked
- Paths clear
- Pets secured where necessary
- Access available to all windows booked
If we are unable to gain access, the clean may be skipped and may still be chargeable where repeated access issues occur.
3. Weather Conditions
We work in most weather including light rain. Pure water window cleaning is not affected by rain.
We may postpone work in severe or unsafe weather conditions such as high winds, storms, lightning, or dangerous freezing conditions.
If postponed, your clean will be rescheduled to the next available working day in your area.
4. First Clean
The first clean may cost more than ongoing visits due to additional time required to bring the property up to maintenance standard.
This will always be agreed beforehand.
5. Payments
Payment is due within 24 hours of the clean unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfer, card payment, or secure online payment link.
Failure to make payment may result in reminders, suspension of service, or removal from our regular round.
6. Late Payments & Fees
Accounts unpaid after 7 days may incur a late payment fee of up to £5 to cover administration time.
Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be passed to a debt recovery service. Any recovery costs incurred may be added to the outstanding balance.
We always aim to resolve payment issues fairly and encourage customers to contact us if there are any problems.
7. Pricing
Prices are based on property size, condition, access, and service frequency.
We reserve the right to review prices periodically due to increased costs, property changes, or additional time required.
Customers will be notified in advance of any price changes.
8. What’s Included
Standard window cleaning includes glass, frames, and sills unless access restrictions prevent this.
Other services such as gutter clearing, pressure washing, or roof cleaning are quoted separately.
9. Results & Expectations
We use professional equipment and purified water systems to achieve the best results possible.
We cannot guarantee removal of permanent staining, oxidised frames, failed seals, or existing damage.
Some spotting may occur after the first clean as residues are removed. Results improve after regular visits.
10. Complaints & Re-Cleans
If you are unhappy with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.
We will return to rectify genuine issues where appropriate.
We cannot offer re-cleans where windows have been interfered with after cleaning or issues are reported outside this timeframe.
11. Cancellations
Customers may cancel at any time, but we appreciate notice where possible.
We reserve the right to stop service if payments are repeatedly missed, access is unavailable, or staff experience unsafe or unacceptable behaviour.
12. Liability
KF Specialist Exterior Cleaning is fully insured.
We cannot be held responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Poorly maintained frames or seals
- Leaks caused by defective windows
- Loose trims or fittings
- Structural defects
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the visit.
13. Health & Safety
All work is carried out in line with current UK health and safety guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
14. Communication
We may contact customers via SMS, phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding scheduling, service updates, and payments.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store only the information necessary to provide our services, including name, address, contact details, and service history.
Your information is used for scheduling, communication, invoicing, and internal record keeping.
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Your information may be stored securely using trusted software providers used to manage bookings and payments.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
16. Business Transfer
If KF Specialist Exterior Cleaning sells or transfers part or all of its business or customer round, customer details relating to ongoing services may be transferred to the new provider solely for the purpose of continuing services.
Any new provider will be required to respect the confidentiality of your data and use it only for service, communication, and billing purposes.
Customers will be notified where reasonably possible if their regular service provider changes.
17. Acceptance
By booking or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
